Sprightly new noshery with the brain wave of a maid and butler cafe charms the town of Talamban. Had the best PB&J Sandwich at this new concept cafe and been craving for it ever since.
Tomo Cafe has a cozy homey ambiance, same pleasure you get when chilling at your very own living room. Play board games, bring your favorite DVD and watch them with your friends, take along your console and challenge your friends for some friendly combat (call before going here with your console), contend in a Magic card battle or read manga comics while sipping on your favorite Tomo Cafe drink and grubbing on Tomo Cafe chows.
You can choose to dine at the main area where you can watch movies and chill at the couches or at garden area for a dose of some fresh air. A function room is also available for meetings and gatherings.
The main dining area reminds me so much of my childhood for it is identical with my dream room when I was a kid! hahaha. With lots of comics, action figures and board games with maids and butlers taking care of my every whim. I can only wish! haha
So got a chance to try a few of the offerings at Tomo Cafe Matcha Milk Shake is available for a limited time only. It’s made with green tea blended with milk with bits of Kitakat Green Tea! Yum!
Turtle Mocha (140php for the hot | 160php for the Iced Blended), Made with a shot of espresso, milk, chocolate, caramel syrup topped with whipped cream and grated chocolate. And if you love coffee, caramel and chocolate, you would love this drink. All three of my favorite sweets on one cup! 🙂
Omu Rice or Omu-raisu is a popular dish both commonly cooked at home and found at western style diners in Japan. It is made with pan fried rice with ketchup and chicken, wrapped in omelette, then topped with ketchup. (Price: 130php)
Baked penne Gratin (Price: 140php). it’s creamy and delicious and the cheese gratin added an extra kick of yumminess to it!
And my current addiction, the very delicious PB&J Sandwich with Vanilla Ice Cream! (Price 190php)
Tomo Cafe also offers snacks and sandwiches which I would love to try on my next visits. So what do you think? Let’s play some board games when we see each other in Tomo Cafe, ok? 😉
And sending a shout out to these two lovely and friendly kawaii maids at Tomo Cafe!
And students, come by Thursday and get a special student discount when you show your ID. 🙂
