The Coriander  has once again re-invented its cuisine to deeper emphasize Chef Sheldon Jega’s creative culinary roots and the food that he grew up eating and cooking. Age-old receipes passed down from family and close friends have always been the main focus of the evolving cuisine.

Coriander has created within the restaurant an Asian information grill. Where succulent marinated grilled meats inspired from the Southeast Asian region are put together to charred perfection.

Sheldon’s Glato Artisan by the Coriander started with a dream of having a very good quality gelatos made from the best fresh ingredients including handpicked strawberries, pineapples, pistachios and many other exotic fruits like the star apples. Staying true to Italian, Coriander first looked locally to find the best ingredients and select flavors as dictated by the seasons and crafts scratch in small batches each day to ensure that these superior ingredients remain pure, fresh, natural and authentic.
