The Chocolate Chamber has been producing cocoa confections that have been delighting locals and tourists for some time now.The brand’s earthy and bold cocoa flavor produced from high-quality cacao sourced in Balamban and some parts of the Philippines gives their chocolate creations a distinctive character.

The brand started with their first outlet, Ralfe’s Gourmet (now Casa de Cacao, Cebu) located in Topaz Street Baranggay Kasambagan. With the growing demand for local gourmet chocolate, the chocolatier established another dining outlet in President Quirino Street in the same Baranggay – The Chocolate Chamber. And just a week ago, The Chocolate Chamber Boutique launched at the ground level of Sarrosa Hotel Cebu – the brand’s third chocolatier in Baranggay Kasambagan.


The Chocolate Chamber Boutique does not only cater to dine-in guests, but also to customers who wish to avail of customized gourmet chocolate products. This branch is still in their soft opening, and serving only sandwiches and the signature hot chocolate for now. They will be serving more food choices after the grand launch scheduled sometime third week of October 2015.
