6 January 2016, Marco Polo Plaza Cebu – Cafe Marco upholds its Sugbusog tradition and introduces its 2016 rehash with Sugbusog 2016: Seafood Edition. This year, Cafe Marco added a “SuTuKil” station where guests can indulge in the bounties of the sea and have them prepared and served the way they like it – grilled ( sugba), tuwa (soup), kilaw (raw) or any other way of cooking they prefer.
On top of the fresh variety of fish, shellfish and crustaceans are local favorites like seafood kare-kare, adobong kugita, kalderetang kandeng, humba and Cebu’s famous lechon! Plus, a variety of local desserts like biko with latik, jackfruit pastillas, Cebu polvoron, turon, Cebu torta and a lot more.
