Hola Cebuanos and Turistas! Sabores de Espana, one of Marco Polo’s much anticipated culinary journeys is back! With the hotel’s resident creative team of chefs, Ms. Gema Luisa Pido, Cebu’s foremost authority in Spanish culinary tradition brings the journey to us. On buffet is an array of delicious authentic selection of Spanish cuisine. Favorites are lengua estofada, croquettas, gambas and paella with peppers and chorizo, olives, pates and traditional local delicacies.
