Korean chef, Lee Seung Joon, has officially joined the Radisson Blu Family to serve even more authentic International fare in Feria.
With his licensed craftsman in the kitchen and his hefty experience as a chef for some notable and in luxury hotel chains in South Korea and Philippines, he is now in charge of the hotel’s Feria Restaurant. Chef Lee and Chinese chefs, ‘Peter’ Yeung Siu Man, “Eric” Zheng and LiBao Jian have started working closely to develop an even more comprehensive menu due to growing demands from guests and visitors.
