Marina Bay Sands Singapore
I was really thrilled to be seeing Singapore again and was giddier with the thought of staying at one of Singapore’s iconic buildings. Well, who wouldn’t? Marina Bay Sands Singapore, which is said to be inspired from the form of deck cards, would wow anyone! A creation that compliments Singapore’s tropical climate and lifestyle but mindful of it’s culture.
Upon alighting from the cab at the 3rd tower entrance of Marina Bay Sands Singapore, immediately spotted a red Ferrari and I couldn’t help it but feel grand. Walking inside the lobby, I was be impressed by the beautiful architecture of the hotel’s unconventional interior.
Check-in complete and now to our room! Our Deluxe room was a 39-square meter space, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, calming contemporary décor, executive work desk and a 42″ interactive flat-screen television with two double beds and a spacious bathroom. And stepped out the glass door and was treated to a stunning view of the Gardens by the Bay!
At the zenith of Marina Bay Sands Singapore is Sands SkyPark. Perched 200 meters in the air, I was blown away by the ravishing 360-degree view of the city and Marina Bay. Sand SkyPark extends out to a cantilever where the SkyPark Observational Deck settled on, the largest of its kind in the world. And of course, the SkyPark’s main attraction, the world’s largest and highest outdoor infinity pool, where we spent most of out time. haha. The view from the pool, may it be day and night, is just stunning.
And if you are into shopping, The Shoppes at Marina Bay is for you! The Shoppes houses exclusive designer boutiques like Alfred Dunhill, BALLY, Bottega, Veneta, Burberry, Cartier, CHANEL, Dior, Escada, Fendi, Gucci, Hermes, Miu Miu, Prada, Ralph Lauren, Yves Saint Laurent and many more, truly a fashionista’s paradise!
Marina Bay Sand provides guests with exceptional entertainment, attractions, dining and shopping but is thoughtful enough to be strategically located a few minutes away to Lion City’s major tourist attractions and business hubs. It’s 5 minutes away to the iconic Merlion, Clark Quay, Boat Quay and Chinatown | 20 minutes to Jurong Bird Park |30 minutes to Singapore Zoological Gardens and Night Safari | 15 minutes to Sentosa and Singapore Botanic Gardens| 10 minutes to the Singapore Flyer, little India and Orchard Road.
That three towers that ascends skywards crowned by what the alluring Sands SkyPark is one of the most recognizable icons of Singapore’s skyline and is also one of the highlights of my recent trip to Singapore. Entry no. 23 on my bucket list- ACCOMPLISHED! ^_^
