If Marco Polo Cebu food is brought in a conversation, I get excited calling to mind their heavenly Malicious Cookies. Just the other day, I found five more eats/drinks that I will surely crave for, and further the list of my Marco Polo favorites.
I’ll go straight to it and give you the lineup of your six soon-to-be-favorites at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu! 😉
1.Malicious Cookies
Maliciously good cookies that guarantees you’ll nibble on a chocolate chip in every bite. Deliciously addicting! These cookies have received several recognitions and have been hailed to be one of the Best Desserts in the Philippines.
2. Mango Cheesecake
I love mangoes! So expect me to be biased with any dessert with mangoes. Marco Polo’s Mango Cheesecake is sweet, creamy, topped with luscious Cebu mangoes and with a crust of crushed chocolate chip cookies. Yum!
3. Adobo
Whether it’s pork, chicken, seafood or vegetable marinated in vinegar, soy sauce and garlic, you’ll get your adobe fix satisfied at Cafe Marco’s daily buffet.
4. Silk Road Iced Coffee
Silk Road Iced Coffee is an iced blended drink created from overnight-infused coffee, flavored with Cinnamon syrup and milk, topped with marshmallow and Italian meringues. This is served with Cinnamon S’mores that is warmed to perfection. This drink has a smooth kick of coffee and would actually pass as a dessert as well. Though I wouldn’t mind having a piece or two of Malicious Cookies with this one. 😉
5. Earl Grape Iced Tea
Earl Grape Iced Tea is a combination of elderflower syrup, earl grey tea and seedless green grapes concocted to make this refreshing and utterly delicious drink. Love this with Marco Polo Ensaymada!
6. Ensaymada
I love my ensaymada with lots of cheese on top. I want ’em cheesy and with the right sweetness. And Marco Polo personally has the best ensaymada in the metro.
It is also a perfect idea for pasalubong as it comes in a pasalubong box for a quarter or half dozen purchase.
