Gone are the cold, windy days! Now, Cebu’s back to the normal, tropical 24-34 degree weather. And the warm heat just calls for a cold, refreshing dessert; a serving of Halo-halo maybe, or its Korean version – Bingsu!
Yesterday, we spent the afternoon beach hopping, and the sunny weather made us crave for a bowl of cold dessert. Mango Bingsu’s the perfect idea!
Good thing, Mango2x Dessert Cafe serves a cooling bowl of Mango Bingsu. A bowl of milky snow shaved ice, topped with squares of fresh, sweet mangoes and peanuts, and drizzled with condensed milk. What I really appreciate about their version of bingsu is that they use fresh ingredients, and with just the right amount of sweetness.
Mango Mango Dessert Cafe also sells pasalubong items and organic beauty products. You may visit them at M.L. Quezon Highway, Maribago Lapu-lapu City, just beside JPark Resort’s Main Entrance. They are open from 11:00AM to 9:00PM daily.
