1. Marco Polo’s Malicious Cookies
Malicious Cookies are insanely chocolatey and are incredibly good, specially when fresh from the oven. So why are they called malicious cookies? Because they’re maliciously addictive!
Malicious Cookies are sold at Marco Polo Plaza’s hotel lobby lounge and Cafe Marco.
2. Brioche’s Red Velvet Cake
Am not a real fan of red velvets until I got to taste Brioche’s Red Velvet Cake. The tarty cream cheese frosting make each slice a winner! (100php per slice) Love their Carrot cake too!
Brioche is located at Escario Central.
3. East West’s Mango Sushi
This is one of my very personal favorites! When I have guests dropping by the metro, I bring them at East West for Mango Sushi and never fails to impress. Slices of sweet mangoes wrapped with a thin crepe in a bed of sweet mango syrup and topped with vanilla ice cream. (Price 135php per serving)
Visit East West at The Walk Asiatown IT Park Lahug Cebu City.
4. La Maison’s Chocolate Coulant
The awesomely perfect chocolate lava! Dense crust, soft under layer and slice even deeper and chocolate will come oozing out. La Maison’s Chocolate Coulant is immaculately rich and chocolatey ! A perfect way to end your French dinner.

5. Tea of Spring’s Mango Mochi
Tea of Spring home made mochi with chilled mango puree with pomelo and sago, one of my favorite dessert combos at Shangri-La’s Mactan and Resort and Spa’s Chinese Restaurant. I love biting into the light mochi and ends up with a creamy mango filling which melts in your mouth beautifully.
Location: Tea of Spring Shangri-La’s Mactan Spa and Resort in Punta Engano Lapu-lapu City, Cebu.
