Siplyo Campaign

iLearners Sipilyo Campaign is one of the programs of the organization under Phase Two in eliminating rural illiteracy. According to the Department of Health (DOH), the oral health status of Filipino children is alarming, making dental problems one of the major reasons for absenteeism.

iLearners Sipilyo Campaign’s pilot project was held February 17, 2013 at our first adopted school, Lunas Elementary School in Calidngan Carcar and a follow up on the campaign happened on the 21st of July the same year.

iLearners Inc. in partnership with JIKFI Foundation, PDA Cebu and Hyper Cebu/JCI Cebu will be sailing the seas this August 31, 2014 to Caohagan Island for iLearners Sipilyo Campaign to check on Caohagan Elementary students’ oral health and also to teach the students on how to brush their teeth properly.

The students will also receive a toothpaste and toothbrush set donated by our friends from Zumba Dance Marathon headed by  iLearners member, Alex Estrada.
