Azure Beach Club at Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan celebrates its fourth anniversary this October 24-27 with a special degustation menu, Under the Azure Sky, a collection of mouthwatering Modern-Asian specialties with a unique twist to impress one’s discerning palate.
The tasting menu will feature Azure’s classic selection as well as distinct new flavors. Up for the first course is the crowd favorite, Chicken and Beer, a Korean-stlye fried chicken with spicy sauce, topped with aromatic beer foam and paired with a Sauvignon Blanc 2016 wine.
For second course guests will enjoy a fresh Miso Roasted Cod made with quinoa and mango salsa paired with Chardonnay a light dish to keep your appetite for a hearty main, the Char Grilled Pork Tenderloin with sriracha hoisin sauce, sweet potato and garden vegetables and paired with a Shiraz.
Dessert will be a treat, the Apple Parcel Coconut Sorbet is a tasty surprise for the palate made of green apple and almond paste with muscovado sugar, cinnamon powder then wrapped with puff pastry and coconut sorbet which is then paired with a glass of Port.
Azure Beach Club is recognized by World Luxury Hotel Awards as Best Asian-Fusion Restaurant for Asia and Luxury Beachside Restaurant -Philippines.
