Restaurant: All Spice Bistro
Address: 1311 V. Rama Avenue, Guadalupe Cebu City 6000 (across CnT Lechon Guadalupe)
Known for being the starting point of home-turned-household-name-restaurants, Guadalupe still has a few secret chow places off its sleeves. Just across CnT Guadalupe, a new bistro by buddies Chef Francis Ed Saberon and Chef Chad Mercado of Las Vegas brought back home some Tex-Mex, Spanish and Italian flavors they eagerly want to share with fellow Filipinos.
Though the red and black theme hints you that it’s a Spanish restaurant, they also have a spread of Tex-Mex and Italian dishes on the menu.
Below are a few of our All Spice Bistro favorites.
Tender shrimps in olive oil and garlic, Gamas Ajillo is a classic! <3 (Price: 140php)
Seafood Chowder. Fish, shrimp, clams and mussel chowder in a crisp bread bowl. (Price: 140php)
Grilled US Angus Beef (Price: 280php). Angus Beef with pesto mashed potatoes!
Indeed a great meal to end any hectic day, the team just got to give our readers a little info about the chefs behind All Spice Bistro. Chef Ed, graduated top of his class, was part of the first batch of students at AICA Cebu. Chef Chad is a Fil-Am has worked in several prestigious kitchens such as Bobby Flay’s restaurant and took culinary education at Le Cordon Bleu. Awesome meal chefs!
