Turn back flavorful time with the ZUBUCHON and taste how lechon was cooked 100 years ago. Zubuchon is about doing things the old fashion way.Zubuchon’s pigs are not from commercial piggeries but are hand-picked from pigs raised in the backyards of certain individuals. They then “fatten up”the pigs for a week before they are slaughtered.

ZUBUCHON LECHON
General Manager Mary Joan Danao explains that their pork is “bathed in coconut water” and seasoned with organic ingredients such as sea salt, 12 herbs and spices, olive oil, American lemon and Rosemary and Thyme.

Zubuchon’s Camias shake

Made less “sinfully delicious” by pairing it with the Camias shake, the ZUBUCHON is healthy and remains true to Cebuano history.
