On the second day of a 3-day Filipino food trip, S000 Pinoy sponsored by Uniliver Food Solutions and the Department of Tourism, our third stop is The Original AA BBQ. The Original AA BBQ presented their Sinugbang Bangus and Crispy Hot Squid.

One of my favorites at The Original AA BBQ is their Crispy Hot Squid. Crispy Hot Squid is a deep fried Squid, making it cripsy. Served with green chili, black pepper and onions. It is just like Calamares, the only difference is that it is spicy and the taste is This is one of my favorite dish at The Original AA BBQ.

Sinugbang Bangus is grilled Bangus(Milk Fish) served with onion slices, fried garlic and a special sauce. The sauce is poured into the sizzling plate which gives more flavor to the dish. You can smell the aroma of the garlic and when you taste the dish, you will be astound as by the taste. This is another one of my favorite and is listed in my “Must order list” when eating at The Original AA BBQ .
