All new Tea of Spring menu from Chef Bun Boon Hoe. Chef Boon Bun Hoe brings to Tea of Spring the culinary expertise that ensures the authenticity and quality of every dish that is served. Inspired by the beautiful flavours of Chinese tea, he creates dishes that are both healthy and pleasing to the palate. In 2005, he won the Gold Prize at the World Golden Chef competition in Malaysia.

So what’s on the menu? Here it is:
Crispy bean curd with osmanthus oolong tea leaves.
Deep fried duck meat with aged pu-erh tea.
Rolled shredded carrots and radish.
Flavorful and fresh soup. Dried scallops with seafood in thick soup.
For the main course:
Wok-fried pork spare ribs with fragrant minced garlic.
Steamed scallops and Japanese bean curd in black bean sauce.
Crispy aromatic duck served with sour plum sauce.
Deep fried prawns in mango salad.
Tea of Spring fried rice with XO sauce.
