June 01, 2012 – Just 2 days after the “Resolutionary” launch in Manila, Zee Lifestyle Magazine in collaboration with Philippine broadband provider Tattoo (powered by Globe) launched the new iPad in Cebu on an exclusive party attended by the city’s party people.

Guests  were treated to a spread of champagne and vodka paired with an array of cocktail food from the newly designed Loft kitchen  by Giuseppe, one of Cebu’s top restaurants. The program was hosted by fashion designer Mia Arcenas and local TV personality Patrick Rizzari as they introduced the crowd to Cebu’s own band of Tattoo Ambassadors made up of local Cebuano trailblazers.

Heading the pack was Vito Selma, an upcoming furniture designer with a client list the likes of Saudi royalty, the Princess of Malaysia, and Nelson Mandela. Next in the line up was La Galuche’s fashion-forward designer Lani Pasquet, known as “the stinging sensation” for her use of shagreen in her fashion accessories and furniture catering to brands like Tory Burch, Ralph Lauren, and Asprey. Playwright and stage actress Carissa Aznar-Beane, the Cebu governor’s daughter known as “the Wordsmith” followed, along with lawyer, skater, and social network maverick Mikel Rama, the Cebu mayor’s only son. Completing the line up were budding “it” girls Phoebe and Megan Smith, Zee’s April 2012 cover girls.

The evening continued as everyone partied to mixes from DJ Callum David. What better way to end the night than with subscribers who preordered the elusive tablet going home with their new iPads.
